1.) Is Fugu married?
One of our most common questions. Even though this FAQ is for Anime Navigator Links related questions. -_- Fugu is a single fish. He doesn't really like commitments, and although many pretty fishes have tried to win his heart and runaway with him, we have him chained up so he can't get away :D

2.) But isn't that animal cruelty?
Not at all! He enjoys his gold chain. He also claims that it helps him concentrate on his job since he gets very distracted by pretty fishes. And he isn't always chained down :)

3.) What magic tricks can Fugu do?
-_- Okay... had I known this was a Fugu FAQ I would have made this a Fugu FAQ Page! *Deep breath* Allrighty, he cooks, cleans, jumps buildings in a single bound, swims faster than a speeding train, and can recite the English alphabet backwards faster than Speedy González can run a 100 meter lap. All this for four easy payments of $14.99!

4.) I submitted my site several weeks ago, yet I still don't see it on your page. What's going on?
Finally! A real FAQ question :D Well I'm really glad you asked. Generally when a site is submitted, the Umi Company takes a look at the site, and decided whether or not it passed the Requirements. After that it is placed in the New Links Page. If you know you passed all the requirements, but have yet to see your page, then please submit it again. Sometimes Fugu has us so busy, we might forget or make a mistake.

5.) What is the Umi Company?
Ahh... we are a group of genetically engineered soldiers trained to combat the evil Minikui and his ugly minions. But by day we search for anime web sites and look at the sites submitted to us creating a user-friendly anime portal for everyone to enjoy.

6.) When do you guys update the new links?
Well, we try (really hard) to post new links in the New Links Page every 2 weeks. But it generally depends on how many applications we get. If we get non, we just play Fugu Baseball-- staring Fugu, the Blue Baseball.

7.) Will I be notified by e-mail if my page was accepted?

Captain Nunin will take over here:

Well, you see, the mail has to travel by plane, through the woods, over the mountains, across the dessert, through my kitchen, and around Mt. Fuji. That's when the candy cane come dancing in the rain to your lawn to marry the pink flamingos--

OK... I think I'll cut in here: We won't notify by e-mail if any submissions were accepted. They will be up on the New Links Page for two weeks, then placed in the proper categories. So remember, don't let your flamingos marry the candy canes.

8.) I don't see my page on here yet... Where is it?
^.^ Hehehe... *nervous laugh* Well, you might want to read the Requierments to see if there was something your site had/did that disqualified it from being listed on Anime Navigator.

9.) I exchanged my banner with yours, but I don't see it in your site, what's wrong?
Banners? What banners? *laugh* um... *ahem* This whole banner process takes quite a long time, maybe not that long, but you won't see it immediately in our site. Banners that have eyeblinding colors, like hot neon pink background with neon green font and poor quality banners will probably be rejected by... 99.9%. ^^;; Wait at least two to five weeks, it all depends on how many banners get submitted.

Note: In our current banner exchange page, we will update you every two weeks on how many banners got submitted in that two week period, and the approximate time it will take for your banner to appear if submitted that same week.

10.) I saw my banner on your site, but only for a while, after that I didn't see it anymore, why is that so?

Well my friend, there exist this place called.... banner heaven, yes, well I remember.....

....and that's how the radio ended up in the bathroom. Now, to answer your question, most banners stay for at least 2 weeks on the top of a certain page in this whole site. After there, it has no place to go. BUTT! *grins* There will be a new page coming soon which will hold all the banners that has been exchange, therefore, we will all be happy campers, err... navigators.

11.) Once I send my banner, where will it be placed once it gets accepted?

There's no certain place where the banner will go, other then on top of one of many pages on Anime Navigator for at least 2 weeks. We can't notify you if your banner got accepted and/or where it will be placed, but if you go to our current banner exchange page, you can learn the approximate time you'll see your banner if sended in a certain week.
